Internal Art
Become the artist of your inner state.
Your inner state can become a living work of art.
We invite you to find inspiration within yourself, explore what is possible, and create a state you want to experience and develop.
About Internal Art
Your inner state as an artwork
For centuries, artists have transformed inner experience into paintings, music, literature, dance and performance. Internal Art explores the possibility of the inner state itself becoming the artwork.
You become your own source of inspiration, discovering what is possible within you. Through artistic choices, you shape your inner experience and encounter the work you have created.
We begin by awakening creative inspiration: the impulse to create, explore and act. Attention turns towards what is already present: sensations, thoughts, images, rhythm, movement, voice and inner space. Their qualities become artistic material. You can choose what to extend, soften, move, connect or give a new direction.
The artwork takes form within you. You recognise the form you have made and the decisions that gave it shape. It may find expression through movement, voice, action or presence. Each participant is the author of their own work and develops their own way of perceiving, composing and recognising what they have created.
The canvas remains within.

Working with your inner material
A thought, sensation, image or rhythm can become a starting point. You can explore its qualities, change its rhythm or intensity, give it an imagined colour or form, or combine it with another element.
Try different possibilities, experience what each choice brings, and follow the direction that interests you.
Current project
Must Every Masterpiece Leave Its Creator?
A physical public form of Internal Art, bringing individual inner artworks into a shared arts space.
The work invites each participant to form and transform an internal artwork through attention, image, sensation, movement, voice and silence. A shared arts space adds distance, acoustics, collective stillness and movement through the room to the artistic material.
The development will refine the relationship between spoken text and silence, the pacing of artistic choices and the way individual inner works become part of a shared public event.
Learning the art
Your perception.
Your mind.
Your choices.
Your imagination.
Your work.
We have created a structured programme based on the principles of art education: exploring the material, practising techniques and developing your ability to make artistic choices.
We offer ways to notice, experiment, combine and shape. You remain the author, choosing what to explore and how to develop your work.
With practice, you build the skills to work independently and discover more possibilities within yourself.
